The Great Egress Co Promo Codes for October 2026

Great value on a window

I was looking for a good deal on a replacement window sash and found The Great Egress Co. Their prices were better than a few other places I checked. I signed up for the newsletter to see if there was a discount, and there was a small offer for new sign-ups. The sash came in good condition, and it was pretty easy to install myself. For the price I paid, I definitely felt like I got my money's worth. It wasn't the cheapest thing ever, but it was the best value I could find for an IRC compliant window part.

Decent window, shipping delay

I ordered a sliding egress window for my basement project. The window itself seems well-made and was exactly as described on the website. I thought the pricing was fair compared to local suppliers. The only real issue I had was with the shipping; it took 14 days to reach my home in Ohio, which was a few days longer than the initial estimate. The packaging was very secure, though, and the window arrived without any damage. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, giving me tracking updates. Overall, a positive experience, but they could probably improve on their shipping estimates.

Good well cover

I got an egress window well cover from here. It fit pretty good and came quick. No fuss, just a solid cover. My basement feels safer now, which is nice.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third order from The Great Egress Co, this time for an egress well ladder and a window well grate. I keep coming back because their products are consistently good quality, and they always deliver. My first order was a full casement egress window a couple of years ago, and that's still working perfectly. This recent order was just as smooth. The ladder and grate arrived in about a week, well-packed. It's comforting to know what to expect. They've been reliable for all my basement egress needs.

Egress Window Kit Experience

I ordered a complete basement egress kit, including an in-swing egress window and an egress window well. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions which helped me pick the right size. Shipping took about 10 days to my location in upstate New York, which was within the estimated lead time. Everything arrived well-packaged, no damage to the window or the well. Installation instructions were clear, though I hired a contractor for the actual digging and concrete work. The window operates smoothly, and the well seems very sturdy. I did have a question about the drainage system, and customer support replied to my email within a day, explaining things well. Overall, a good experience for a big purchase.
